On Endings, New Beginnings…

It’s been a minute. A tough, grueling, painful, joyous, hopeful, tearing 6 months at the least of a minute.

My mother passed away. Unexpectedly. Shockingly. Forever ago. And yesterday.

In early June, just before my 40th birthday, we spent a love-filled, tear-stained week walking her home to be with Jesus. In that we hold hope. We hold fast to the promises of eternity.

“And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.” 1 John 5:20

I’ve written much. But nothing here.

The searching continues…
